Next project?

I actually almost pulled the trigger on a 98.
It was clean body, clean inside, low mileage for $600. Needed an engine, but a good 318 can be had for a few hundred, so I really thought about it.
I just have too many projects already or it would be in my driveway right now.

I had toyed with the idea for a while as a way to have a cool tow vehicle but I would really need a 3/4 ton and I don’t know if I could get it to look right as most of those are longer vans.

Same! I have an irrational love for weird vans!

Longer is better:

That was my musing, too; it could probably make for a cool tow vehicle, though I’m not sure what the towing limits are on these (
I’ve never looked
).
Supposedly the long versions are better for drifting around the track; I believe they drift the long version at the end of the video.

So, you’re saying I can’t get it at my local parts counter?
Seriously though, I’d love to find out if it is a one-off or actually a production piece.

Literally, yes. But dajiban is also an ethos of building which could very easily be extended to other makes. I’m a much bigger fan of the movement than I am actual Ram vans.
